Prepare responses to the following questions, allowing about 400-500 words for each case (you may go over this word count suggestion, but it does not insure a good grade): 1. Discuss the history of the case, 2. Describe the ruling of the case as well as the court’s rationale/reasoning behind it, 3. Give your opinion on the historic and legal significance of the case decision as well as whether nor not you agree or disagree with the outcome, and 4.
