Overview:

Throughout this term, you have been working with your team to research a leader and
his or her style and skills, as well as a situation that he or she faced. For this
assignment, you will submit your final presentation.

Instructions:

• Research the leader that you chose in Unit 3.

• Create a PowerPoint presentation which includes the following information:

o A brief biography.

▪ The person’s background and how it influenced or contributed to

his/her leadership style.

▪ Information on his/her rise to leadership.

o Organizational profile.

▪ A description of the organization, movement, or situation at the time

of his/her leadership.

▪ Use Chapter 2 of your text to help identify the relevant global and

cultural contexts and an explanation of how they are relevant.

▪ A thorough description of multiple specific traits that contributed to

this person’s success or failure as a leader.
