I’m a writer and editor with decades of experience writing for places like Gallup and IBM and the Nebraska State Legislature before setting out on my own as a freelancer. Working through Upwork, I’ve spent most of the last decade doing what I do best for everyone from Walmart to Expedia to Oxford University. I’ve worked at writing and editing books, theses, catalogs, pamphlets, blogs, articles, web content, product descriptions, and online educational material on topics ranging from Biological Science to Photography to Performing Arts to meditation for children. My most recent clients have been a string of tech startups including Modern Developer, Engineer.ai, and Mowjow. Each client different. Each one with something important to say. Each one with its own, unique voice. Each one dealing with a new topic that I often knew nothing about until I dove into the research. I’m a quick study. Over the past two years, I’ve served as full-time content creator for the German company Seibert Media and their product, draw.io as well as for Zen Media and their clients.
